June 20th Party

Please fill out the form below to reserve a ticket for our party on Saturday June 20th, 2026 from 2 - 6 pm. Ending time is to ensure everyone can stay afterwards (15 minutes max if everyone pitches in) for help with cleanup before running off for dinner! Please select volunteer ticket if you would like to show your service and help us out by arriving 30 minutes early to help set up. Any help is much appreciated! You must submit a separate entry for each person attending (ok to use the same email address).

The theme for our June party will be: Pride Pregame! Bring out all the rainbows, and we will celebrate the most colorful, gayest month of all!


Once you reserve a ticket, you will receive a link to our discord channel so folx can see who else is going, connect with each other, and brainstorm ideas for fun! Please do not share widely, and do not post any details about the location on there.

• Snacks for yourself or to share (food will not be provided, and places to get food are a distance away)
• No alcohol or other drugs please - would like everyone to be present and fully capable of making decisions regarding consent
• Dress for pleasure and comfort
• A closed-top water bottle - hydration is important!
• Your preferred safe sex supplies: we have plenty of standard condoms, gloves, lube, tissues, chux and wet wipes
• Toys! Dildos, strap-ons, vibrators, butt plugs, rope, cuffs, floggers, paddles, canes, crops, blindfolds, etc.
• Towel for the hot tub, swimsuit optional ;)
• Your contribution via venmo or in cash ($40 highly suggested)
• A positive and relaxed attitude :)

• House is a shoe-free zone - slippers welcome and encouraged!
• No smoking and vaping inside the house - please use the dock
• Dock use: Please wear clothes and be mindful that voices carry over the lagoon
• Bathrooms are for bathroom activities - play should happen elsewhere
• No cell phones out except in back corridor/outside
• Please use a towel on furniture (no naked butts)
• If you are going to order food delivery to the house, you are responsible for intercepting driver or specifying contact free delivery
• Please no delivery after 12 AM
• Please clean up after yourself!
• Late evening cuddle attire, such as onesies encouraged
• House is in a residential neighborhood with limited parking, consider carpooling if possible
• While on the streets please try to keep volume down and sexy bits covered

• As it is an older house and the basement is below grade, all three accesses have sets of stairs
• The "nicest" way to enter is by going up the driveway along the side of the house into the backyard (up three very short steps). Continue across the deck towards the lagoon and down two or three standard-height steps to get to the short staircase to the left (5-6 standard-height steps followed by another taller step down from the doorway).
• The closest bathroom is up 2 or 3 steps and accessible from the hallway. The bathroom is spacious for moving around, but there are no grab bars.
• Please note that the steps and path outside are not very well lit - bring a flashlight if you have concerns about this
• A dog lives in this house, but will not be in the party area. Those with allergies, prepare accordingly!

• Everyone must be fully vaccinated AND boosted (at least one booster dose)!
• Take a rapid test & send a photo of the results (phone number will be sent to ticket-holders) BEFORE arriving, NOT at the event
